I bought a bed frame which I think is nice in this shop @ Jalan Pahang -Syarikat Perabut Sin heng- Just right beside Jalan Pahang..
The so-called boss promise to deliver it to me on Today.. Wed 17 March.. A bit disappointment but still I have paid the full amount to him by credit card... The original price he gave me for this bed frame is MYR499.. there are no price tag on it.. so, I bargained.. in the end.. he gave me MYR460... However, when I told him that I will be paying by credit card.. he told me that he will charge me 3% for that.. Well, I asked him to waive this fees.. and he did..
However, yesterday I received a call from this fella telling me that the design of the bed frame changed without his acknowledge by his supplier.. it is a divan instead of a bed frame.. I was busy so I told him that I will just drop by and have a look..
5.30 sharp.. I left office and hit the shop.. I have been shown by the fella with the divan that I did not order and he told me... He can do nothing it.. I can either change to another model or accept the divan or add more money for another model... I am not willing to add more money on these.. So I think.... think.. think... Anyway, he told me orelse I have to wait until their statement comes and give me a cheque...
WAT THE HELL .. I think...
I have to go back to the shop to collect the cheque somemore!!!
I was furious... I walked out to get my credit card and begin to call the CITIBANK Credit Card.. The officer told me that the shop can do approval reversal.. when I went back to the shop that fella is gone.. His employee told me that he have gone to fetch his children..
WAT THE F***.. Just leave like this without telling me? God.. this fella is so so so rude.. This is not the first time.. When I arrive his shop earlier when his employee told me his location. I saw him and he saw me... he dun even greet me. He just act if he did not see me and walked away.
Anyway, I left and go home to make dinner..
After dinner, I decided to go back to the shop and ask for the refund immediately. The fella once again show me attitude and even call me "UNCLE"

At the end.. he told me that He will do the reversal on the next day and I can check it with the bank, since I like to call the bank..
I was so frustrated.. I left..
Today I received a call from him telling me that the bank told him the transaction will takes 7 days for the money to be back in my account.. "You call the bank after 7 days la!"
I told him.. I am very very tired with all these bullshit....
What kind of shop is this??!!!
